Frequently Asked Questions
I'm new to yoga, will the class be suitable?
All classes are designed to be 'All Levels' friendly, so you can dive into any class and follow along at a pace that suits you.
What do I bring to a studio class?
If you have your own yoga mat and props, we highly recommend bringing these, but you are very welcome to borrow from our selection of studio equipment. A water bottle is always a nice addition to class.
What shall I wear to a studio class?
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely without restriction.
What time do I arrive at the studio for class?
Tatton Gardens CC - The main front entrance is used for entry to the Studio space via the Reception area, which you are welcome to wait in if you arrive early. Access to the yoga studio will be given 5 - 10 minutes before class. Our class starts promptly, so if you arrive late, unfortunately the teacher won't be able to grant access once class has started.
Thank you for understanding.
What if I have pain or a previous injury?
Please inform your teacher before class of any injuries or ongoing pain issue, but remember that you're in charge of your practice and well-being. Never force yourself to do something uncomfortable. Modify and take breaks as you need.
What facilities does the studio have?
