I just love Rachel's class - a calm session to help me care for my wellbeing each week. She has a lovely voice as she tells us to "remember, it's yoga practice, not yoga perfect" so you just feel welcomed with no pressure, just encouragement. It's a really supportive and friendly class

Rachel’s session started gently and worked up to more expansive moves, which I was grateful for as a relative beginner. I didn’t feel like I needed to keep up with the more advanced folk. She provided mats and blocks so no equipment was required. The room was beautifully set up. Highly recommend going whether you are experienced or a complete beginner.

Such a lovely yoga class on Saturday mornings. I haven't been to a live class since before lockdown so was a bit apprehensive but I really needn't have been.
Rachel, the atmosphere and the space, all felt welcoming, relaxed and gentle. The class would be suitable for all levels. There was no pressure to overdo it, indeed there's a strong emphasis on self-care and I felt like I'd really treated myself for the hour.
Thank you Rachel, I loved it.

Couldn't recommend Lunasa Yoga highly enough. Rachel is incredible and classes are catered to every level, there is no pressure to complete a pose or push yourself, the space is inviting and you leave each session feeling renewed. Would be lost without my weekly yoga class. Thank you Rachel for helping me find my inner Yogi 🕉️💜

I went to a yoga class today (Saturday) and honestly hadn’t done yoga for at least eight years. From the moment we arrived, Rachel made us feel completely welcome and had thought through every detail to make the experience as relaxing, friendly and supportive as possible.
As we sat in the Tatton Community Centre reception, we joked that we were imagining we were in the foyer of a 4-star spa hotel — and once we walked into the yoga space, everything absolutely lived up to that feeling. It was like White Lotus… without someone dying.
The overwhelming message throughout the class was simple: be kind to yourself and look after yourself. From the breathing work, to the movement, the music, the cool down, Rachel’s calming voice, and the beautifully organised and spotless room layout — everything felt thoughtfully created.
I came with three friends and everyone else in the class was so warm and welcoming too.
Cannot thank Rachel enough for letting us join last minute. She deserves every follower and attendee she gets. And as an added bonus, the café next door does desserts and coffee to die for.
